About Me:
Graduating in December 2011 with a Diploma in Stage and Film Acting, Dancing, Singing and Theatre related studies at the Cape Academy of Performing Arts. Have Performance experience in Acting, Dancing and Musical Theatre, which includes Theatre/Dancing Productions performed in Local and International Festivals as well as Television and Film Experience. My interest lies in Acting for Film and Television.
Acting Experience:
May 2011 - Leading Role in the Production "What a Wonderful World" (Performed at Artscape Theatre) Directed by Nathalie Vijver and Debbie Turner. June 2010 - Leading Role in the Production "Razor Tongue" (Performed at Grahamstown National Arts Festival and Masque Theatre Cape Town) Directed by Nathalie Vijver June 2009 - Leading Role in the Production of "Kissing Frogs" (Performed at The Grahamstown National Arts Festival) Directed By Nathalie Vijver June 2009 - Leading Role in the Production of "The Devil's Company" (Performed at The Grahamstown National Arts Festival and The Masque Theatre Cape Town) Directed By Nathalie Vijver
Dancing Experience:
Been Dancing since the Age of 6. Won the Reality Television show "Dans Dans Dans" in 2008 on Kyknet. Been Studying at the Cape Academy of Performing Arts for the last 2 years to be a Performing Artist. Attended the Freestyle World Championships in Blackpool in 2007 and 2008. Performed at the Edinburgh International Arts Festival in 2010. Been working with renouned choreographers Nationally and internationally. Tebogo Kgobokoe, Sbonakaliso Ndaba, Alfred Hinkel, Debbie Rakusin, Kitty Phetla, Ester Nasser, Carlos Dos Santos, Debbie Turner, Mamela Nyamza etc.
Singing Experience:
Been working with well known South-African Musical theatre specialist for the last 2 years, Anton Luighting and Duane Alexander.
